Apply the right tools to innovate quickly and effectively

Today’s organisations are increasingly focused on innovation and entrepreneurship for the purpose of their growth and renewal. To this end, we train employees in the use of numerous tools and techniques for the execution of innovation projects and for the development of an entrepreneurial mindset. You learn to work with practical tools and the latest insights in the field of innovation. We will go into tools & methods such as design thinking, lean startup, innovation metrics, ideation, prototyping and emphasizing with your ”customer”.

As a result, this allows you to understand how innovation works in your organisation and how you can contribute to it in an effective way. During the training you will use your own personal challenges and experience as a learning objective to improve so you will be able to apply it directly in your projects.

Learning objectives

During this programme, you will:

  • get powerful innovation tools and techniques you can apply immediately in practice;
  • develop the confidence to run an innovation project;
  • learn about different types of business models and how to use them in your own organisation.

We offer the ‘Innovation tools and techniques’ training also in-company (at your location). This might be of interest to you if you need to train several colleagues at once, or if you would like to tailor the training to the practical organisation’s and its teams’ challenges. Get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities for an in-company training.
