Key benefits

Drive sustainable innovation excellence in your organisation

This programme helps participants to elevate innovation to a higher level within their organisation by fitting it with its structure and culture. By teaching personal leadership and development skills, participants are able to understand the impact of innovation on the organisation. This is done in an interactive way, as this programme has a strong focus on learning from and with colleagues from different organisations/sectors/countries.

1

Increase your ability to support others to innovate

2

Challenge and support top management to lead innovation

3

Master your own innovation career

“I want to be a driver to sustain innovation within our organization. Through this programme I learnt that building a social network with people who embrace this vision is extremely important (and how to do this), but also that the government should focus more on exploration of innovation next to exploitation.”

Raimond Neuteboom

Koninklijke Marechaussee, Ministerie van Defensie
