Several weeks after day one there will be a collective return day during which the participants share their experiences with the group and facilitators and continue to deep dive in the themes and tools to approach these.

Day 1: How to Approach Legal Innovation

On day one you will discover what innovation in the legal sector means, what the possibilities are and how legal organisations can offer their services in an innovative way. We take an introspective look at innovation: what is the purpose of innovation?

After this day you:

  • Come to understand the roles and traits of a successful legal innovation professional.
  • Have knowledge of relevant innovation tools and techniques that you can apply directly within practice.
  • Have developed a concrete action plan, innovation roadmap, that focuses on walking the talk of driving innovation in practice.

Day 2: Innovation in (Legal) Practice

During the second “return day”, a review is given of the most important content from the programme on day one. Crucial this day are the participants sharing their experiences on the action plan and the challenges they faced with peers and facilitators for feedback.

After this day you:

  • Consolidate the knowledge and skills gained during the first day.
  • Get feedback on your innovation roadmap and the challenges that you encountered in practice.
  • Exchange experiences with other legal innovators in a structured way so you can learn from each other.
