MOSS Consultants & Capital, in collaboration with the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship, is offering a free workshop for ECE members and alumni on systems analysis and stakeholder value mapping.
The workshop will be given by Sander Fleuren, an experienced entrepreneur and Social Entrepreneurship lecturer at RSM, and Dr. Steve Kennedy, the Scientific Director of the Centre for Eco-Transformation and Academic Director of RSM’s MSc Global Business & Sustainability.
MOSS utilizes a systems thinking approach to help social entrepreneurs address the root causes rather than the symptoms of social and ecological problems. By conducting a systems analysis, you will understand where in the system you should intervene to change dysfunctional behavior. This involves working with various stakeholders, for which value mapping helps you not only identify opportunities to add value, but also recognize the value destroyed and missed under current conditions.
Feedback from previous workshops shows that social entrepreneurs in all startup development phases – from formation to growth – will find the event useful.
