Welcome to the Get in the Ring the Netherlands! The most promising startups in the Netherlands participate in an exciting day filled with pitching opportunities in front of champion investors, attend insightful workshops, receive pitch training, and network among fellow innovators and investors.

We have an exciting day full of activities. With over 250 startups, 70 angels investors, 50+ corporates, 20+ Venture Capital funds and Corporate Venture Funds there are workshops, startup/corporate dating, and investor meet & greets. On top of this, 350  startups will go through selection pitches in front of investors. These jury members will select 6 startups that will get the opportunity to battle later that evening on the main stage in the final round. In this final round 6 startups, divided in 3 weight classes, will literally face off against each other in the ring. During five brief rounds they present their startup to a jury of Champion investors, and an audience of potential investors and fans, in a competition that can result in a potential investment for the winner.

Their goal? Become the Dutch National Winner of Get in the Ring 2016 and represent the Netherlands in the global finals in March 2017.

How To Get There Summit

The How To Get There (HTGT) Summit on 17 November aims to stimulate the collaboration between corporations, startups and innovation hubs in the Netherlands. Special envoy for startups Neelie Kroes has also invited the top of the Dutch business community to attend the HTGT Summit and have the second COSTA meeting there.

The HTGT Summit is an initiative of StartupDelta. The driving force behind the HTGT Summit and the developer of the concept is the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE).
